an idea becomes the future, writing on the wall

Booking, planning, routing, meeting, talking, sleeping, working, researching, thinking, training, eating, washing, sleeping, typing, talking, singing, searching, planning, mailing, thinking, sending, writing, sleeping, drinking...
This is an actual map of the east coast of the United States, taped to the wall of my bedroom in my Davie, FL apartment. The red string from yellow tack to yellow tack is a rough draft of the places I wanted to go. The other tacks represented organizations I wished to contact to involve in an event. (green for environmental, and blue for bicycle coops). It doesn't show it here, but the rest of the walls in the room are plastered with a 2' by 5' calendar, 6 foot long to-do lists (a few of them), a watercolor my grandmother painted when she was in her early twenties, a mirror I found in the closet when I moved in (the closest thing i had to a piece of furniture) and a window (well not really, close to a hundred 4x4 blocks of a form of glass that lets light in) and it didn't lead to the outside, but the living room. But it was my window, and on the window's ledge was a hunk of wood, delicately carved into a women's leg that my uncle had created.

Wanna know where I'm performing next?
